Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide fairness to both our guests and our small boutique business, we have established the following standard cancellation policy:

• More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund of any deposit paid, minus any processing fees.
• 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be issued. The full booking amount is non-refundable.

2. No-Shows and Early Departures

If you fail to arrive for your reservation without prior notice (No-Show), or if you choose to depart earlier than your scheduled check-out date, you will still be responsible for the entire cost of the original reservation. No refunds will be issued for early departures.

3. How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You can notify us of a cancellation by sending an email to sagarvillabgh@gmail.com or by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 98738 26774.

The cancellation will only be considered valid once you receive a confirmation reply from us acknowledging the cancellation.

4. Modifications to Booking

If you need to change your travel dates, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate date changes subject to availability. However, changes requested within 7 days of arrival may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking.
