Guidelines for a harmonious and pleasant stay

Welcome to Sagar Villa! Because we are a family-run homestay in a quiet residential area, we kindly ask our guests to observe a few simple rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 1:00 PM onwards
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please coordinate with us in advance.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required from all guests upon check-in.

2. Food and Drink

  • As a traditional household, we primarily serve and allow vegetarian food.
  • Consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
  • We kindly request you to avoid bringing strong-smelling outside food into the rooms.

3. Quiet Hours

To respect other guests and our neighbors, we observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. We ask that you keep noise and music to a minimum during these hours.

4. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and all indoor spaces. You may smoke only in designated outdoor areas (such as the terrace), provided you use the provided ashtrays and ensure the comfort of others.

5. Security and Visitors

  • For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Outside visitors are not permitted in the rooms.
  • Please ensure the main gate and room doors are properly locked when entering or leaving.

6. Pets

While we love animals, we currently do not allow pets on the property in order to maintain a pristine environment for all guests.

7. Care for the Property

Please treat Sagar Villa as you would your own home. Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
